Police Release Results of Fourth Week of Holiday Alcohol Task Force Enforcement

• During this past week’s Task Force (Dec. 6 to Dec. 9), task force officers arrested 26 people for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI)
• During the past 4 weeks of the Alcohol Holiday Task Force, task force officers have arrested 112 people for DUI.

It should be noted that the above arrests include only those arrests made by task force officers and do not include the other arrests made by patrol officers in the performance of their duties.  Therefore, the number of total DUI arrests made by MCP officers during this time period is higher.
