1. Walk to School Day: Montgomery County Public Schools will celebrate International Walk to School Day today.

3. National Golf Lover’s Day: To celebrate National Golf Lover’s Day, South Germantown Driving Range will be offering a $2 discount on all buckets of balls.

 

4. Veirs Mill Corridor Master Plan Meeting: Montgomery County’s Planning Department will host its fourth public meeting for the Veirs Mill Corridor Master Plan from 7 to 9 p.m. at Newport Mill Middle School, 11311 Newport Mill Road in Kensington. RSVPs are encouraged but not required.

5.Reform on Tap: Comptroller Franchot will host the final Reform On Tap town hall meeting at Denizens Brewing Company in Silver Spring.
