Body Found Inside Car at White Flint Plaza
A man was found dead inside a car at the White Flint Plaza shopping center, a Montgomery County police statement said.
The man was identified as Joseph Sylvester Ndyamukama, 51, police said. He has an unconfirmed address.
He was found about 2 p.m. Monday at the shopping center, at 5110 Nicholson Lane in Kensington, near the Shoppers grocery store, police said. Ndyamukama was found in the rear seat of the car.
The victim’s body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore where an autopsy will determine Ndyamukama’s manner and cause of death.
Investigators have been unable to locate Ndyamukama’s next-of-kin and are asking for the public’s assistance in locating his family.
