Michael Bobbitt hosts this episode of Montgomery Arts Infusion, which begins with a report on how a passion for jazz led one Silver Spring man to create his own television show, Jazz Encounters. Other stories include a report on a performing arts program at Montgomery College that trains students in the business and art of  dinner theater,  and a Washington Grove artist who captures many of the county’s iconic sights, and more.
