Public Hearings Underway to Discuss Changes to Rockville’s Alcohol Ordinance
A proposed text amendment to clarify and identify where alcoholic beverage production and distribution will be permitted in the City of Rockville is expected to be discussed during the Mayor and Council meeting scheduled for Sept. 11.
The amendment would allow full production of alcoholic beverages in light and heavy industrial zones, and in the mixed-use employment zone, according to Rockville Reports.
The public hearing will take place at the Rockville City Hall located at 111 Maryland Avenue in Rockville and begins at 7 p.m.
