Timothy Zhou Receives EPIC Youth in Media Award (VIDEO)

Timothy Zhou was awarded the EPIC Youth in Media award at The Fillmore on June 8th for his work on Explorer Post 1921 and Explorer Club 995. MCPS teacher Nancy Shay presented Zhou with the award. Find out more in this MyMCMedia Extra video, below:
