Superintendent Discusses Immigration Status of Suspect in Alleged Rape of Student (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Public School Superintendent Dr. Jack Smith is speaking out for the first time following the alleged rape of a 14-year old Rockville High School student by two male students.

During a news conference on Tuesday evening, Smith stated how some people are turning this incident into a political issue following reports that one of the suspects entered the country illegally.
