1. The Ninth Annual Historically Black Colleges and Universities Fair begins at 5 p.m. at Richard Montgomery High School. High school students and their parents can talk with dozens of colleges and universities. The event will also feature a workshop for middle school parents and students. 2. Celebrate FeBREWary, Maryland Craft Beer Lovers Month. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Center give craft brew enthusiasts a chance to chat with owners of local breweries. Tickets $50 to $65, includes Mission BBQ and music.
