2. Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett is holding his second budget forum tonight in Silver Spring.
3. County Council Vice President Hans Riemer and some planning department staffers are holding a meeting at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center, from 7-8:30 p.m., to discuss making downtown Bethesda more friendly for biking and walking.
