Rockville Begins Monitoring Speeds on Maryland Avenue This Week (VIDEO)
Slow down! The Rockville Police Department is deploying a speed monitoring system on Maryland Avenue near the intersection of South Washington Street this week.
The system will use portable cameras to monitor eastbound and westbound traffic. Motorists may see “photo enforced” signs, but officials say citations will not be issued for the first 30 days.
After the grace period, citations will be issued, beginning Feb. 3, for vehicles exceeding the posted speed limit by 12 mph or more.

Yet another money grab, under the guise of “safety”. Will liberals never run out of ways to take money from people?
