3. The Montgomery County Council is scheduled to be in session and on the agenda; a resolution to condemn anti-LGBT discrimination laws and initial reconciliation of the FY 17-22 Capital Improvements Program.

4. Professor Pablo Saelzer will conduct the Montgomery College Orchestra tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Rockville Campus Music Building. The event is free and open to the public.

5. The Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club will feature a jam session with the The Grainger Brothers tonight at 8 p.m.
