UPDATE, April 19, 6:30 p.m. Montgomery County police report Aaron Watkins has been located.

ORIGINAL, April 19, 12 p.m. Montgomery County police are asking for your help to locate a 21-year-old man missing from Kensington.

According to police, Aaron Watkins was last seen on April 18 at approximately 12:30 p.m. when he was believed to be taking a Ride On bus to the Montgomery College Rockville campus. Police said Watkins was expected to return home by 8 p.m., but he did not return home and did not make contact with family.

Police describe Watkins as an African American male, 6’02” tall, weighing 157 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Police said he was last seen wearing an electric blue polo shirt, blue jeans, and black tennis shoes.

According to police, Watkins uses a wheel chair with a black bag on the back. The bag has the words “Channel 19” and “Channel 21” written on it. Watkins is known to use public transportation.

Police and Watkins family members are concerned for his welfare.
