Maryland General Assembly Passes Noah’s Law

Noah Leotta tributeOn the last day of the legislative session, the Maryland General Assembly passed Noah’s Law.

The legislation, named after fallen Montgomery County Police Officer Noah Leotta, now goes to Governor Larry Hogan for his signature.

The law requires the use of ignition interlocks for convicted drunk drivers.

    How is Maryland allowed to enact retroactive laws. What about someone who had a DUI 30 plus years ago? And have not had a DUI since? You will force them to get one of those locks on their cars? Like all other illegal laws they get away with. Maryland voters wake up
