Asian Pacific American Artwork to go on Display at Gaithersburg Activity Center
The City of Gaithersburg will celebrate Asian Pacific Heritage Month with an art exhibit at the Activity Center at Bohrer Park. The exhibit will feature traditional and contemporary Chinese art by members of the Harmonious Art Group.

The Harmonious Art Group, a group of artist who specialize in different styles and techniques of Chinese art, will display 15 of it’s members art work during the exhibition. This is the 21st year that the group of artists has displayed Chinese calligraphy and brush painting artwork in Gaithersburg.
The event will run from April 1 to June 5 during the hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Members of the community are also invited to a free artists reception on Tuesday, April 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.mFor more information visit the City of Gaithersburg’s website.
