Winter to Spring in One Week: Residents Get Out and Enjoy the Warm Weather (VIDEO)

It might be hard to believe but if you go outside you may feel like Spring is already here. The National Weather Service says that record highs are expected for Thursday, March 10. MyMCMedia’s Willie James Inman caught up with some people who were out enjoying the nice weather in downtown Bethesda. Take a look.
