County Executive Recommends Bus Rapid Transit to Alleviate Traffic Congestion (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett announced recommendations to address traffic congestion on MD 355, US 29, and Veirs Mill Road. His proposals include a Bus Rapid Transit system. County Cable Montgomery’s Lorna Virgili reports.
