2. All Montgomery County recreation facilities are closed, today, because of the wintry weather forecast. Spring registration opens tomorrow for Montgomery County rec classes.

3. MC-311 is open, today, to take non-emergency storm related calls.

4. Montgomery County police officers are asking for your help to find a bank robbery suspect.

5. February is Craft Beer Month in Maryland.
