Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Interim Superintendent Larry Bowers  provided an update on the status of school operations on Wednesday.

Bowers said that while progress is being made with clearing snow from MCPS buildings, many roads and sidewalks are still tough to navigate.

MCPS will reevaluate snow operations today and release a status update for Friday by 6 p.m.
