It’s a great week for Montgomery County music aficionados. A ton of great artists are performing at local venues and Sound Check has all the details.
Influenced by reggae, hip-hop, alternative rock and his Jewish heritage, Matisyahu is marking 10-years of his breakthrough album Live at Stubb’s at The Music Center at Strathmore this Wednesday Dec. 9th. Matisyahu will perform stripped down arrangements of his music performing tracks both new and old. You can still buy tickets here.

94.7 Fresh FM is hosting its 3rd annual “Not So Silent Night” concert at The Fillmore in Downtown Silver Spring this Thursday, Dec. 10th. The concert will feature Rob Thomas with special guest performers George Ezra and Karmin. Tickets are still available and be bought here.

And finally, for those who are looking for a more sophisticated music affair, multi-platinum selling, Grammy and Emmy Award nominated performer Michael Feinstein will be celebrating the life of Frank Sinatra at The Music Center at Strathmore.
