Pedestrian Struck at Traville Gateway Drive and Shady Grove Road

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Friday morning at Traville Gateway Drive and Shady Grove Road, according to local authorities.

Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer described the pedestrian as an adult male who was transported as a priority one patient to a local hospital.

Police closed down the intersection while the investigation was underway. It has since reopened.
