Silver Spring Man Killed in Rollover on I-270 Ramp
Troopers are investigating a fatal rollover collision that occurred on Sunday morning on the southbound I-270 ramp to Shady Grove Road.
Police said the driver, 56-year-old Guillermo Yarin Romero of Silver Spring, died from his injures at the scene of the crash.
According to police, the initial investigation indicates that Romero was driving a Toyota Tacoma on the ramp to Shady Grove Road when he lost control of the vehicle causing it to overturn. Police were notified of the crash shortly after 9 a.m. on Sunday.
Anyone with information about this fatal vehicle crash is asked to call the Maryland State Police Department’s Rockville Barrack. Police said the investigation is continuing.
