Germantown Shooting is a Murder-Suicide (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Police say the female victim in the Germantown shooting this afternoon has died from her injuries.  Police say the assailant shot the woman before turning the gun on himself.  The incident happened around 12:30 this afternoon at the Germantown Auto Spa at the corner of Rt 118 and 355.
