1. Will Montgomery County Public Schools teens be able to sleep in? The Board of Education is scheduled to make a decision on bell times at today’s meeting.

2. School board members are also scheduled to discuss a national search for the district’s next superintendent today.

3. Montgomery County Council President George Leventhal met with reporters on Monday and talked about the search for the next superintendent, as well as the Purple Line and some of the topics on today’s County Council agenda. Councilmembers are expected to discuss vaccinations and the measles, an OLO report about Alcohol Control and more today.

4. The city of Gaithersburg is holding an artists’ reception tonight at the Kentlands Mansion.

5. Twelve records fell at the Washington Metropolitan Interscholastic Swimming and Diving Championship meet at the Germantown Indoor Swim Center in Boyds over the weekend. Watch a recap here.
