Governor Orders State Flag to Half Staff in Honor of Firefighter
Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the state flag to be flown at half staff until sunset on Nov. 20.
This is in honor of Firefighter James E. Bethea, a 40-year veteran of the Baltimore City Fire Department, who died on November 12 as a result of injuries suffered in the line of duty.
