Child Falls from Apartment Building Window

UPDATED, Nov. 3, 10 a.m. –  The child who fell from the fourth floor apartment building window in Germantown had minor injuries in the fall, Montgomery County Police spokeswoman told MyMCMedia Monday. No charges have been filed in the incident.

A four-year-old child is in serious condition after reportedly falling from a fourth floor apartment building window in Germantown, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Spokesperson Pete Piringer.

It happened around 5 p.m. in the 19900 block of Sweetgum Circle.

No other information has been released.
