Firefighters Find Body Inside Burning Garage in Potomac

Montgomery County Police are on the scene of a house fire off Great Elm Drive near Glen Road where firefighters discovered the body of a person in the garage of house that had been on fire.

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Spokesman Pete Piringer tweeted out that Montgomery County Police are conducting a death investigation at the site. Piringer said the fire was small and inside the garage.

No additional information was immediately available.
