Dave Feldman, CEO of the Livability Project LLC, talks about how that organization provides structure and tools to help communities develop sustainability initiatives.

He was honored by the Montgomery County Council on July 29 as he stepped down from his other role as executive director of Bethesda Green.

The Livability Project’s first East Coast project was Bethesda Green, which among its projects was the creation of the first green business incubator in Montgomery County.

Council Vice President George Leventhal, left, and Councilmember Roger Berliner presented a proclamation to Feldman on behalf of the Council.
