Police Seek Assistance with Bethesda Wells Fargo Bank Robbery
Bank robbery suspect May 28 at Wells Fargo in Bethesda | Montgomery County Police
On May 28, at approximately 4 p.m., Montgomery County Police responded to the Wells Fargo Bank located at 7901 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda for a report of a bank robbery.
A suspect entered the bank and passed a note to a teller demanding money. The note indicated that he had a gun. The suspect then exited the bank without obtaining any money, according to police.

The suspect is described as a black male, between the age of 30 and 40 and weighs approximately 160 to 180 pounds.
