Arts Barn Presents Two Woody Allen Plays

In partnership with Montgomery Playhouse, the Arts Barn presents Woody Allen, Woody Allen, featuring two short plays by playwright and comedian Woody Allen. The show runs now through May 18, with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m., at the Arts Barn, 311 Kent Square Road. Tickets range from $14 to $16. In Central Park West, a psychiatrist discovers that her husband and best friend are having an affair. After getting thoroughly soused, she invites the friend over for a confrontation. Chaos reigns as they are joined by her friend’s clueless husband and her own duplicitous mate.

In Honeymoon Motel, chaos continues when a loving couple arrives at the “Honeymoon” suite of a tacky motel. Soon, the rest of the wedding party follows and the room overflows with the bride, groom, the bride’s parents, the groom’s parents, a friend, the rabbi, a psychiatrist, and the pizza delivery boy.

Come early to the Arts Barn Pub to enjoy wine by the glass, Flying Dog beer and nonalcoholic beverages. The theater opens 30 minutes before the show.
