1. It’s race day for hundreds of runners who will participate in Pike’s Peek 10K which begins at the Shady Grove Metro and ends at the White Flint Mall.

3. Students in the Minority Scholars Program are hosting a march to close the achievement gap this afternoon. The march will begin at the Carver Educational Services Center on Hungerford Drive and ends at the County Courthouse in Rockville.

4. The art of comic books is the featured discussion at Strathmore Mansion today.

5. A voter registration drive continues at local libraries today. The primary election is set for June 24. You can meet some of the candidates for Attorney General at a forum today in Silver Spring as well.
