Montgomery County Executive 2014 Race Update

UPDATED The deadline to declare candidacy for the Montgomery County office of County Executive is at 9 p.m. on Feb. 25.

As of 1 p.m. on  Feb. 24, four candidates have filed their candidacy in the race for County Executive:

• Phil Andrews, Democrat, filed on 4/17/13, www.philandrews.com
• Doug Duncan, Democrat, filed on 02/24/14, www.dougduncan.com
• Isiah Leggett, Democrat, filed on 1/24/14, www.ikeleggett.org
• Jim Shalleck, Republican, filed on 1/16/14, no website listed

The primary election is scheduled from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. on June 24.
