It Takes a Village (Photos)

Robert Hydorn, who has served seven consecutive terms as president of the board of directors of Montgomery Village Foundation, was honored on Feb. 11 by the Montgomery County Council for his many contributions to the one of the nation’s first planned communities.

He will not be seeking another term heading the board.
