Judicial Center Entrance Closure

The Maryland Avenue entrance into the Montgomery County Judicial Center is scheduled to re-open near the end of August. The Monroe Street entrance is scheduled to be closed at the end of September for about six months. This is due to the construction on the Judicial Center Annex.

All Sheriff’s sales and other legal auctions will move back to the Judicial Center’s Maryland Avenue entrance. Attorney, law enforcement, juror, employee and all other pedestrian access to the Judicial Center will be exclusively through the Maryland Avenue or Montgomery County Executive Office Building cafeteria
entrances.
