Veterans Day Statement

Governor O’Malley and Lt. Governor Brown today released the following statement in honor of Veterans Day:

“We have no greater strength as a country than our men and women who give of themselves to defend their families, their neighbors, and their communities. Today, and every day, we thank them and their families for their most noble sacrifice for our nation. “On behalf of the people of our State, we are forever grateful for their courage in exercising the greatest of freedom’s privileges, and for their service to make this world a safer and better place for generations to come.”
