Six Songs to Add to Your Snow Day Playlist (VIDEOS & PHOTO)

Blizzard 2016 sure left it’s mark, dumping tons of snow and burying everything. Now that the snowstorm has passed, its time to deal with the aftermath.

A lot of roads are still covered in snow, and many public facilities remain closed. And while shoveling, digging, and plowing your way out might seem daunting, music always has a way of making things easier.

So, I have six winter themed songs to add to your snow day playlist.

1. ) “FourFiveSeconds” -Rihanna, Kanye West, and Paul McCartney (Great for those who are still feeling that cabin fever.)

2.) “Snow (Hey Oh)” -Red Hot Chilie Peppers (This is pretty literal, but also very fun to sing-a-long too.)

3.) “Sweater Weather” -The Neighborhood (Pretty self explanatory)

4.) “White Winter Hymnal” -Fleet Foxes (A great reminder that winter isn’t all bad and the music video’s pretty amazing.)

5.) “Coldest Winter” -Kanye West (For those who felt a little cut-off from society. The music video is  also very cool.)

6.) “Winter Song” -Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson (This music video is very cute and perfect for the season.)
