311 Offers 24/7 Non-Emergency Assistance During Winter Storm (VIDEO)

The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning for Montgomery County. In this MyMCMedia Extra video Bruce Adams, the Director of the Montgomery County Office of Community Partnerships talks about who to call for information or assistance during the winter storm.

Montgomery County’s 311 Call Center will open at from 6 a.m on Friday morning and operate 24 hours a day for the duration of the storm. Call 311 or 240-777-0311 for assistance. 311 is Montgomery County’s phone number for non-emergency government information and services. For emergency calls, residents should continue to call 911.
