311 Offers 24/7 Non-Emergency Assistance During Winter Storm (VIDEO)

Montgomery County’s 311 Call Center will open at from 6 a.m on Friday morning and operate 24 hours a day for the duration of the storm. Call 311 or 240-777-0311 for assistance. 311 is Montgomery County’s phone number for non-emergency government information and services. For emergency calls, residents should continue to call 911.
