1. Over the Hills and Through the Glen: The Montgomery County Planning Department is holding a public meeting from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on updates to the sector plans for the Forest Glen and Montgomery Hills neighborhoods. The meeting is at the Planning Department (8787 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring).
2. Holiday Music: The Encore Chorale Holiday Concert holds its holiday concert from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Gwendolyn E. Coffield Community Recreation Center, 2450 Lyttonsville Road. For information call 240-777-8085.
