Casey Aiken hosts the latest episode of “21 This Week.”

Aiken and his panel discuss the political implications of the problems with the roll out of Obamacare and the government shutdown, the Virginia gubernatorial race, the growing problem of poverty in public schools, and the current state of the Maryland governor’s race. The panel consists of education advocate Cynthia Rubenstein, political adviser Steve Kreseski, Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Central Committee Mark Uncapher, Democratic Activist Susan Heltemes.
